What I Do:
I started with CRANSTON in 1993 as a project engineer, and, over the course of 30-plus years, I worked my way up to a project manager, Municipal Design Group manager, Private Development Design Group manager, director of Civil Engineering, and then to president of the firm.
As part of a leadership succession plan we developed in 2022, I stepped back from my role as president in January 2025 and agreed to serve in the newly created position of strategic growth officer. My role: to support the new president and CEO in expanding our legacy brand across the Southeast and mentoring other leaders at CRANSTON.
